Use E-Learning Tools : Utilize e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to create interactive and multimedia-rich course content. Evaluate Effectiveness : Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, continuously improving learning outcomes. Ensure Learning Pedagogy : Apply creative techniques and sound instructional strategies to ensure learning effectiveness, engagement, and outcomes. Track Performance Metrics : Focus on solution feedback, solution quality indicators, development process compliance, schedule variance, and customer satisfaction. Training Needs Analysis : Skilled in analyzing training needs and designing structured learning programs.
