Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients based in New Cairo. Our client is a leading fintech company in the digital payments and consumer finance sector across the Middle East. Through partnerships with major retail and e-commerce brands, the company delivers innovative, technology-driven payment solutions that enhance customer purchasing power and provide a seamless shopping experience.Position OverviewThe Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging learning solutions that support employee performance and business objectives. The role focuses on creating structured, interactive, and measurable training programs for customer care, operations, and other business functions within a fast-paced fintech environment.Key Responsibilities1. Learning Design & DevelopmentDesign and develop instructor-led training (ILT), e-learning modules, microlearning content, and blended learning programs.Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) to create structured learning journeys.Develop onboarding programs and continuous learning pathways for different business units.Create assessments, knowledge checks, and evaluation tools to measure learning effectiveness.2. Content Creation & OptimizationTranslate complex operational and product information into clear, engaging training materials.Develop training manuals, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, SOP-based learning content, and digital resources.Continuously update training materials to reflect process changes, system updates, and new product launches.Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and compliance standards.3. Performance & Learning AnalysisConduct training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with stakeholders.Analyze performance data to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback mechanisms.Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.4. Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with Operations, Quality, Product, and HR teams to align learning initiatives with business goals.Support subject matter experts (SMEs) in structuring and developing technical content.Provide guidance on learning best practices and adult learning principles.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).2–4 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or Training Content Development.Experience in fintech, banking, contact centers, or fast-paced tech environments is a plus.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick Model).Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or similar).Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.Basic multimedia editing skills (video/audio) are a plus.Core CompetenciesExcellent communication skills in English and Arabic.Strong storytelling and content structuring abilities.Close attention to detail and creativity.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Why Join?If you are passionate about designing impactful learning experiences and driving performance through innovative training solutions, this is your opportunity to grow your career within a leading fintech organization that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous development.At Jadeer, we value diversity and equal opportunity.
