The role requires accurate, neutral, and professional interpretation between Sudanese and English speakers while handling sensitive and high-pressure situations.ResponsibilitiesProvide consecutive interpretation between Sudanese and English via phone or video callsAccurately convey meaning, tone, and intent of conversations in real timeHandle calls across Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel & Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General BusinessProcess information quickly, recognize cultural differences, and remain professional and courteousUse appropriate industry terminology and follow standard proceduresQualificationsFluent Sudanese and B2 level English (CEFR)Excellent listening, memory retention, and note-taking skills with high accuracyAbility to remain neutral, objective, and calm during sensitive situationsStrong focus and ability to follow client instructions closelyAble to explain cultural context when required by the clientStrong credibility and professional communication skillsMust be based in Thailand or MalaysiaTP prohibits hiring candidates from countries targeted by US, EU and UN sanctions.Able to work from home permanently and work night shiftRelocation Support:Visa assistance can be provided for candidates who are willing to relocate to Thailand or Malaysia.
