Role SummaryThe Instructional Designer is responsible for helping build the KoraStats Football Education Framework and designing clear, practical, and professional course structures. The role works with subject matter experts to turn football knowledge into structured learning experiences.Main ResponsibilitiesHelp design the KoraStats learner profile and education framework.Create course outlines, modules, learning outcomes, assignments, and assessments.Work with football experts to structure course content.Build course templates, lesson plans, rubrics, and learner activities.Support the development of certification pathways.Use AI education tools to improve course design and learning materials.Translate and adapt content between Arabic and English.Support digital and hybrid course development.Review feedback and improve course quality.Requirements2–4 years of experience in course design, instructional design, curriculum development, education, or learning & development.Strong Arabic and English translation ability; French is a plus.Comfortable using AI education tools.Strong writing, structuring, and research skills.Passion for football and sports education.Ability to work with subject matter experts.Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented.HighlightsLocation : Street 9, Mokattam, CairoWorking days : 6 days/weekInternship type : Full-time
