This role involves advising clients on appropriate insurance products, explaining coverage options, and assessing individual protection needs. The specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide ongoing support, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and policies. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and ensuring clients understand policy terms and claims procedures. The role also requires participating in training sessions, staying updated on insurance regulations and products, and contributing to sales targets.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to explain insurance products clearly and build trust with clients.Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing techniques, to meet or exceed protection and policy targets.Candidates should possess Training abilities to support client education on coverage options and to participate in internal knowledge-sharing.Candidates should possess awareness of Physical Security considerations as they relate to risk assessment and insurance coverage.Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or customer-facing roles is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, manage multiple client cases, and handle confidential information with integrity.Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; strong organizational and problem-solving skills.A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, depending on experience.
