Role Description* Generate new leads and build a strong client pipeline* Present and promote insurance products to prospective customers* Understand client needs and recommend suitable coverage plans* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs* Maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals and referrals* Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends Qualifications* Minimum 1 year of sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred)* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills* Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals* Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team* Good command of English (written and spoken) is a plus* Basic computer skills
