This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate across functional, technical, data, and business teams to ensure seamless integration readiness and a smooth transition into deployment, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing cross-functional dependencies, coordinating deployment activities, mitigating risks, and ensuring business continuity throughout the implementation lifecycle.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate end-to-end integration activities across SAP and connected enterprise systemsManage integration planning, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and readiness across all project workstreamsCollaborate closely with functional, technical, data, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure complete integration alignmentDefine, develop, and manage the end-to-end cutover strategy, including detailed plans, sequencing, roles, responsibilities, and timelinesCoordinate cutover rehearsals, mock cutovers, readiness assessments, and deployment planning activitiesLead on-site go-live execution and ensure all cutover activities are completed according to the approved planPlan and manage hypercare activities, including issue tracking, prioritization, escalation, and resolution managementEnsure effective coordination between local business teams, global program teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors during deployment and stabilizationTrack integration, cutover, and hypercare risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actionsPrepare and present regular project status reports covering readiness, deployment progress, critical risks, and stabilization activitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related fieldSAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications are a plus7+ years of experience in SAP implementation, integration management, or ERP deployment projectsMinimum 2 years of experience leading SAP Integration, Cutover, or Hypercare workstreamsProven experience in at least one full SAP implementation or global SAP template roll-out projectExperience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and deployment is highly preferredMust-Have RequirementsProven hands-on experience leading SAP integration, cutover, and hypercare activities in SAP implementation or template roll-out programsStrong knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies, deployment planning, and integration managementExperience managing end-to-end cutover planning, execution, mock cutovers, and go-live activitiesStrong understanding of system integration across SAP modules and third-party applicationsExperience coordinating business, functional, technical, infrastructure, and data teamsKnowledge of change freeze management, deployment controls, business continuity planning, and risk managementExperience supporting post-go-live stabilization and hypercare governanceStrong stakeholder management, leadership, planning, and coordination skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced project environmentFluent in English, both written and spokenGood-to-Have RequirementsExperience in FMCG industry environmentsExperience in global SAP template roll-out or enterprise transformation programsFamiliarity with integration points across Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and LogisticsExperience working with third-party vendors, system integrators, and implementation partnersExposure to hypercare governance, issue triage, service transition, and stabilization reportingExperience with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, or similar deployment and project management toolsSAP Activate, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications
