You will collaborate with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to transform concepts into beautiful and practical designs.Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed interior design concepts, including space planning, color schemes, furniture selections, and finishesCollaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraintsCreate and present design proposals, including drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizationsSource and select materials, furnishings, and decor that align with the project vision and budgetOversee the implementation of design projects, ensuring that they are executed according to the specified design planConduct site visits to monitor progress and address any design-related issues that may arise during construction or installationStay informed about industry trends, new materials, and design technologies to keep the design offerings fresh and innovativeRequirementsBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field1-2 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projectsProficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong understanding of space planning, color theory, and materialsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectivelyKnowledge of building codes and regulations related to interior design
