Job SummaryTo manage efficiently CMA CGM Group Intermodal Activities, it is crucial to keep the several means of transport available to serve clients need in an expanding & revolving activity. ResponsibilitiesPrepare freight orders and plan inland transportation in line with operational requirements and cost optimization objectives.Create and dispatch Freight Orders (FO) using corporate systems, ensuring optimal transport solutions and efficient resource utilization.Monitor transport execution and perform quality follow‑up, including inland cost and revenue control and first‑level invoice approval.Ensure quality, performance, and compliance of services delivered by suppliers through continuous monitoring and evaluation.Manage rail billing processes and Trucking Orders (TO) for rail ramp operations, ensuring accuracy in revenue and invoice control.Develop promotional support materials, including intermodal product catalogs, to enhance market visibility and commercial effectiveness.Provide operational and technical support to the sales team to facilitate the sale of intermodal products and services.Identify new business opportunities, including potential traffic flows and available rail services, and communicate insights to Commercial teams, RO Intermodal, and HO Intermodal.Define and prepare competitive selling tariffs based on procurement costs and tariff guidelines issued by HO and RO Intermodal.Ensure full compliance of the CMA CGM supplier portfolio with corporate policies, standards, and approved tools.Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal costs, quality, and capacity in alignment with CMA CGM procurement policies.Maintain strong awareness of customs regulations and demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of intermodal processes and relevant authorities.Identify and promote sustainable transport solutions, including rail, barge, and alternative‑fuel trucking options.Prepare reports and provide regular updates to RO and HO Intermodal Procurement teams on performance and market developments.Skills and QualificationsBachelor's DegreeYears of Experience 5+ yearsAbility to analyze and Validate suppliers' performance & invoices Compare between revenue & cost & raise any challenges Has good connections with intermodal suppliers, authorities & decrees Good custom clearance knowledge Leadership & Strong negotiations skills Microsoft OfficeV. Good English Language
