Role Overview:The Trade Business Analyst is an Outsourced Position. The position will support the Commercial Trade Department within CMA CGM Agencies by delivering data-driven insights, trade performance analysis, and digital reporting solutions. The role sits at the intersection of Trade Management, Sales, Commercial Governance, and Digital Transformation, contributing directly to revenue optimization, vessel utilization, and execution quality.Key Responsibilities:Analyze trade and commercial performance (volumes, forecasts, allocations, utilization, cargo mix)Support Trade Managers and Commercial Management with structured analysis and insightsPrepare trade performance reports, dashboards, and executive summariesMonitor forecast vs. actual performance and highlight risks and opportunitiesSupport commercial governance and standard reporting across the agencyTranslate business needs into functional reporting and digital requirementsCoordinates with Sales, Sales Support, Trade teams. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business informatics, Business Information Systems, or equivalent.1-2 years of experience in relative field.Strong analytical and commercial mindset.High attention to data accuracy and consistency.Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Academic and practical expertise in Business Informatics and Business Intelligence tools.Microsoft 365 – Full Mastery (Mandatory).Microsoft Power Platform – Full Suite (Mandatory).
