OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and analytical Strategy and Consultancy Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to various projects, supporting our team in delivering high-quality insights and recommendations to our clients.The internship program will carry a duration of 3 months, extendable and will involve rotation across Knight Frank Egypt service lines.ResponsibilitiesAssistin conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities,and challenges within the real estate sector with the focus on hospitality.Supportthe development of strategic presentations and reports for internalstakeholders and clients.Collaboratewith senior consultants on client projects, providing research support andanalytical input.Contributeto brainstorming sessions.Helpmaintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information onmarket conditions and competitors.Conductfinancial analysis to support strategic recommendations.Assistin preparing materials for workshops and presentations.Othertasks as required.Skills and QualificationsCurrentlypursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics,Finance, Engineering or a related field.Stronganalytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, PowerBI and data analysistools.Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.Abilityto work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Detail-orientedwith strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Aproactive attitude and willingness to learn about the real estate industry.Understandingof regional business culture and regulations.Theability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (KnightFrank internal systems).Software: Microsoft Officeprograms to an advanced/proficient level.Language skills:Fluency in English and Arabic, written and verbal.Travel:Flexible attitude towards travelling.
