Overall Job Purpose: The Human Resources - Internal Communication Senior Specialist should plan, develop, and execute internal communication and employee engagement initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen organizational culture, support employer branding, and improve overall engagement and satisfactionResponsibilites:Create dynamic communications initiatives for both traditional and non-traditional channels to support GB Corp engagement calendar including content development and delivery to capture timely, strategic employee stories for internal and external sharing.Research, write and produce a variety of print and electronic media including digital content, videos, executive communications, presentations, memos, feature articles, working with partners across internal team and the wider business, compensation & benefits and recognition, organizational development, and sustainability.Ensure internal messages are communicated to employees in a clear, timely and effective manner, using a high impact writing style and format.Create, review, and edit communications drafted by internal stakeholders and make recommendations to ensure messaging is consistent with internal strategy and tone.Create specific communications action plans, timelines, and defined deliverables that support the communication of internal messages helping shape culture, drive engagement, and deliver results.Manage content and communication calendar for employee engagement activities, working closely with key talent stakeholders, including employer brand to help drive internal and external awareness of company culture, the employee experience and GB people’s stories.Manage and oversees employees’ engagement survey and proper actions are being implemented according to employees’ feedback.Use feedback from our employee engagement survey to shape and inform key communication activities.Execute strategies that improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and engagement.Create and execute campaigns that increase employee engagement and support organizational goals.Manage and execute the new onboarding program assuring an enhanced employees’ experiencePlan, establish, and oversee the company's social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding.Is charged with expanding the company's online presence on different employment sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective talents.Implement our social media communication plan to deliver a strong employee value proposition.Develop new and monitor (employees related) social media channels.Ensure excellent user-experience on internal channels regarding people and culture related campaigns, with special regards to our social media employees’ channelsKeep up to date with market trends and developments around employee engagement and use it to come up with fresh ideas to engage.Continually improve, measure, and evaluate effectiveness of employee communications strategy and methodsRequirements:Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related fieldSpecial Certification or Training Required: HR Certificate/ Internal communication/ Marketing are preferred.Required Industry Experience: Minimum 2 Years of ExperienceTechnological Requirements:Very Good command of Microsoft SuitesPresenting & CommunicatingPlanning & OrganizingWriting & ReportingRelating & NetworkingApplying Expertise & Technology
