We move fast, think strategically, and produce work that gets seen, remembered, and acted on.The RoleThe iPhone is our primary tool. We are looking for an iPhone Shooter who can capture scroll-stopping content. You will be responsible for executing shoots across various clients, handling your own editing, and delivering fully finished content ready for TikTok and Instagram all within a strict 48-hour window.Core Responsibilities Shoot Execution: Execute iPhone video shoots for multiple clients based on detailed briefs provided by Account Managers. On-Set Direction: Take creative direction on set and ensure the full brief is captured before wrapping. Data Management: Back up all raw footage immediately following every shoot. Editing: Edit all footage in CapCut within 48 hours of the shoot day. Creative Alignment: Apply specific direction, pacing, and style references from the brief to every edit. Feedback Implementation: Apply revision feedback within 24 hours (up to 2 rounds per deliverable). Candidate Profile Short-Form Expert: You live and breathe short-form content and know what makes a video perform. Efficient & Reliable: You are fast and precise; 48-hour turnarounds are your standard. CapCut Specialist: You are a confident CapCut editor with a strong sense of pacing and visual style. Professional: You are punctual, detail-oriented, and understand the difference between content that looks good and content that converts. Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience shooting and editing short-form content specifically on an iPhone. Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in CapCut for fast and high-quality output. Platform Fluency: Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram formats and trends. Portfolio: A demonstrable portfolio of iPhone-shot content that has performed organically. Execution: Ability to follow a detailed brief without improvisation.
