IT Applications Consultant - Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:Create and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with the agreed scope, timeline, and deliverables.Liaise with clients to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.Prepare weekly project status reports and identify current or potential project risks.Ensure effective communication and coordination between project team members and stakeholders.Coordinate with outsourcing vendors and internal business users while tracking deliverables.Monitor project progress, follow up on milestones, and obtain stakeholder sign-off on deliverables.Provide first-line support for application users and coordinate with technical teams as needed.Maintain and update the application team's documentation repository.Coordinate project meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and track action items through closure.Job Qualifications:1–2 years of experience in IT Project Management, PMO, or Project Coordination.Experience supporting Software Development and/or ERP implementation projects (Oracle Cloud/EBS, SAP, MS Dynamics, or similar).Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Proficiency in Microsoft Project.CAPM or PMP certification is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Computer Science and Engineering graduates are welcome if interested in IT Project Management rather than technical development.Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.Ability to work effectively with large and diverse teams.
