As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead project execution activities, ensure contractual compliance, and deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Guided by our ultimate goal of “إعمار الأرض” – fostering "Growth & Prosperity" – we are committed to delivering value and building a better, greener future.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all project execution activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and contractual requirements.Prepare, oversee, and continuously monitor project schedules in coordination with the Planning Team to ensure timely project delivery.Manage project scope, time, cost, quality, procurement, risks, stakeholders, communication, and resources.Allocate and manage project resources, including manpower, equipment, materials, and budgets.Develop and implement effective project execution strategies and best practices.Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, specifications, and quality standards.Coordinate with Project Controls and PMO teams to ensure consistent application of project control processes.Review project progress reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support informed decision-making.Establish and maintain reporting systems for monthly, quarterly, and annual project performance reviews.Manage project changes, variations, and claims, including Notices of Claim (NoC), extension of time requests, and associated supporting documentation.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.Ensure timely procurement and proper management of materials in coordination with Supply Chain teams.Ensure compliance with all HSE, quality, and company procedures across project sites.Coordinate with design, technical office, procurement, and construction teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.Review project drawings, specifications, schedules, and quantities, and ensure proper communication of any deficiencies or discrepancies.Lead subcontractors, construction engineers, technical office teams, supervisors, and technicians to achieve project objectives.Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize impact on project delivery.Troubleshoot technical and operational issues in coordination with relevant support teams.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred).10–15 years of experience in project execution and management within construction, contracting, energy, utilities, or industrial projects.Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager.Experience in Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects is a strong advantage.Strong understanding of project management principles, project controls, contract administration, and change management.Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.Knowledge of claims management, contract variations, and contractual correspondence.Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Why Join Korra Energi?At Korra Energi, you will discover a distinctive culture and value system that sets us apart.
