This role ensures seamless AV support for meetings, conferences, events, classrooms, and executive presentations while maintaining integration with network and IT systems.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment including projectors, displays, video conferencing systems, microphones, speakers, and control systems.Provide technical support for meetings, webinars, hybrid events, and conferences.Troubleshoot and resolve AV hardware and software issues in a timely manner.Manage video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Polycom, and Cisco Webex.Install, configure, and maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).Manage and support IP telephone systems including Cisco Unity Connection and Cisco Unified IM and Presence.Configure SIP trunks, gateways, route patterns, dial plans, and call routing rules.Perform system upgrades, patches, and firmware updates.Monitor voice system performance and troubleshoot call quality issues.Integrate CUCM with third-party applications and contact center solutions.Configure and support Cisco IP phones and video endpoints.Configure and support AV-over-IP systems and network-based media solutions.Perform routine system testing, preventative maintenance, and firmware updates.Coordinate with vendors and contractors for AV system upgrades and repairs.Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.Train end-users on proper use of AV equipment and collaboration tools.Ensure AV systems comply with company security and IT policies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, (or equivalent experience).3-5 years of experience in AV support, IT support, or related technical role.Strong knowledge of AV hardware, signal flow, and troubleshooting techniques.Experience with network infrastructure (TCP/IP, VLANs, PoE).Cisco certifications (CCNA) is a must.Familiarity with control systems such as Crestron or Extron.Understanding of video conferencing technologies and unified communications.Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.Benefits:Annual profit shareTransportation is provided to 10th of Ramadan factoryMedical & life insurance
