This role involves establishing high-volume sourcing strategies, implementing and refining customized interview, testing, and screening tools, and driving continuous improvements in the recruitment process to achieve higher yields and better-quality hires.The Expert monitors recruiting targets weekly and acts swiftly to troubleshoot obstacles, ensuring recruitment objectives are consistently met.Duties & ResponsibilityProcess management: Ensure full end-to-end recruitment process completion, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient service aligned with time-to-hire KPIs.Data and reporting: Manage and review direct recruitment channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with HR Business Partners and Heads of Functions to understand staffing needs and ensure a consistent, efficient process.Recruitment plan execution: Achieve 100% of assigned hiring goals by executing a structured recruitment plan.Candidate experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.Time management: Establish success metrics, set clear daily priorities, and collaborate closely with the Talent team to meet dynamic hiring goals.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant disciplinePostgraduate studies in HR Management considered an assetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExtensive recruitment experience in a professional environmentPharmaceutical and/or manufacturing industry experience preferred5-7 years of progressive recruitment experienceStrong knowledge of Oracle, HRMS, or other applicant tracking systemsStrong influencing, negotiation, and consultative skills with proven ability to build strong relationships
