The digital bank aims to create innovative solutions tailored to serve the needs of the banking customers in Egypt.-Our main goal is to create a positive customer experience through the differentiated journey that our customers live while using the digital bank.-Our Drive: We use our drive and commitment to energies, engage and inspire others, upholding the highest standards of work ethic, honesty and morality.JOB PURPOSEwill contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT governance strategies, policies, and procedures.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.ITIL Certificate.Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance roles.Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, or ISO 27001.Proven experience in developing and implementing IT governance strategies, policies, and procedures.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IT governance and information security.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with industry best practices. Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and external standards.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure IT governance practices are integrated into project management and change management processes.
