Soft Skills & Other RequirementsStrong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.High troubleshooting capacity, customer focus, and timely response to user requests.​Time management and ability to work independently and in teams.​Willing to work from 6th October factory (on-site presence required).​ResponsibilitiesProvide first and second line technical support for factory systems (hardware, software, and networks).​Administer and maintain business-critical IT services (user accounts, access control, network shares).​Deploy, monitor, and update endpoints; ensure IT security and compliance standards are met.​Coordinate with central IT for project rollouts, upgrades, and incident escalation.​ Core RequirementsBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.​Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in IT systems support, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or similar settings.​Direct experience supporting Windows systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.​Proficient with network management (LAN/WAN, VPN), cybersecurity fundamentals, and troubleshooting enterprise applications and hardware.​Familiarity with endpoint protection, patch management (e.g., CrowdStrike, SCCM), and backup solutions.​Optional but AdvantageousExperience with factory automation.​Previous FMCG sector experience or understanding of factory IT workflow
