We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Section Head to lead and manage IT infrastructure operations across multiple domains. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the stability, performance, and security of IT services.The ideal candidate is a strong people manager with solid technical background, capable of organizing workflows, mentoring team members, and aligning IT operations with business needsKey Responsibilities:Operations & Service Management:Ensure reliable IT service delivery in line with business needs and SLAsMonitor performance and proactively resolve operational issuesTeam Leadership:Mentor and develop team members, ensuring continuous growthSet clear priorities, KPIs, and accountability across the teamProcess & Governance:Implement and enhance ITIL-based processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)Establish structured workflows and improve operational efficiencyInfrastructure Oversight:Oversee IT infrastructure including virtualization (VMware), Exchange, and security environmentsEnsure high availability, scalability, and performanceSecurity & Compliance:Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with standardsWork closely with security teams to mitigate risksMonitoring & Continuity:Ensure effective monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery practicesConduct regular reviews and testingStakeholder Management:Act as the main point of contact for IT operationsProvide regular updates and reports to management Experience:7+ years in IT operations/infrastructurePrevious experience leading teams or supervising technical groupsTechnical Background:Good understanding of VMware, Exchange, Windows/Linux, and Security Leadership & Management Skills:Strong leadership and team management skillsAbility to organize work, set priorities, and drive accountabilitySoft Skills:Strong communication and stakeholder managementProblem-solving and decision-making under pressureCertifications (Preferred):ITIL, VCP, MCSE, or Security certifications
