Pipeline Generation: Proactively prospect, cold-call, and network to discover new business opportunities within assigned territories or verticals.Technical Discovery: Conduct deep discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their current IT infrastructure, pain points, and business goals.Solution Pitching: Present tailored presentations and coordinate with pre-sales engineering teams to deliver software demos, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and custom technical proposals.Deal Negotiation: Navigate complex corporate procurement processes, handle objections, and negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals.CRM Hygiene: Maintain immaculate records of all sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline stages within Odoo. Experience: 2 years of successful B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas specifically in the IT, software, cloud, or managed services sectors.Tech Fluency: A solid grasp of tech concepts like SaaS (Software as a Service), cyber security basics, cloud storage, or enterprise networks. You must be comfortable talking shop with IT managers.Sales Acumen: Strong proficiency in modern sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Command of the Message, or Challenger Sale, consultative selling).Communication: Elite communication and presentation skills. Ability to command a room, whether pitching to an IT Administrator.Good command of English.
