IT Senior Software developer

To implement and supervise the activities of all in-house developed applications and customize to meet business needs of all OC departments. Integrate in-house applications with Oracle when possible. Work with relevant staff to ensure software business needs.• Provide technical supervision over the Software Developer and follow up on the performance during the implementation of respective applications projects.• Articulate and present complex designs, technologies and solutions to users to associate the executed application features and benefits in alignment with customers’ business requirements and needs prior to respective applications projects start.• Monitor the full life cycle and development of applications, designs, codes, and testing of technical solutions.• Configure and customize web/share point lists, libraries, surveys and interface.• Apply new upgrading tools from industry trends and developments to improve service to our users.• Understand project and development plans, and clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines.• Adhere and ensure respective applications’ specifications meet coding, quality and security standards defined by technical management.• Establish responsible deadline, teamwork plans and follow up with the Software Developer to ensure that respective applications’ project deadlines are met.• Monitor the full life cycle and development of an application, designs, codes and debugs applications in different software languages.• Analyze software code, risk, reliability and write new program codes using prescribed specifications.Candidate must have experience with Oracle
