Provide technical support to employees (hardware, software, network issues)Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipmentMonitor and maintain network performance and securityTroubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems in a timely mannerManage user accounts, access permissions, and security settingsPerform regular system updates, backups, and maintenanceEnsure data security and implement best practices for cybersecurityMaintain IT documentation (systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides)Coordinate with external vendors when neededSupport implementation of new systems, tools, or software Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Skills & Competencies.Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.Familiarity with Windows systems, Microsoft Office, and common business tools.Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Good communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
