You will be part of a visionary, customer-focused team with an ambitious mission--to become a trailblazer for digital retail within the Middle East.ResponsibilitiesAssist in providing L1 support for business-critical retail applications, including POS, ERP, inventory, Fintech, and e-commerce platforms, under the guidance of senior team membersHelp investigate and troubleshoot basic application-related issues, escalating more complex cases to senior support staffCollaborate with IT and business users to help identify issues and support the implementation of fixesSupport the team during application updates, testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activitiesHelp document solutions and contribute to maintaining the knowledge base for ongoing operationsAssist in monitoring data flow between systems (e.g., POS, ERP, CRM) and flag any irregularitiesSupport regular system health checks and help monitor logs under supervisionAssist in preparing training materials and providing basic end-user support as neededRequirementsCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related fieldBasic understanding of application support concepts; exposure to POS, ERP, or e-commerce systems is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable working with data and basic troubleshooting logicEager to learn, proactive, and able to work well within a teamAbility to manage tasks and follow up on issues in a timely mannerInterest in pursuing a career in IT/Application Support or related technical fieldsBenefits🏢 Inspiring Office EnvironmentWhen you come to the mylo office, you'll find creative workspaces, an open design that encourages team collaboration, and a well-equipped kitchen for your daily coffee breaks or snack moments.👩‍💻 Learn from the BestYou'll be surrounded by experienced, passionate tech professionals who are ready to guide you.
