Sarmad is seeking an experienced Java Fintech Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a group of Java developers in creating innovative financial technology solutions that enhance our clients' experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing the development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software, and mentoring team members to continuously improve their skills.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Java developers focused on FinTech projectsDesign and architect software solutions that meet business requirementsConduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices are followed in software developmentCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsOversee the development lifecycle, from planning and requirements analysis to deployment and maintenanceMonitor team performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovationStay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring new ideas to the teamRequirementsProven experience leading software development teams, preferably in FintechStrong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate)Experience with software architecture and design patternsDemonstrated understanding of financial services and technology trendsExperience with databases, including SQL and NoSQL technologiesExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field8+ years of experience in Java development with at least 3 years in a leadership role
