Define evaluation criteria (accuracy, groundedness, cost, latency) before building AI features and iterate against them. Integrate AI into business interfaces (Teams/chat/voice) and enterprise data platforms (SQL warehouse, NL-to-SQL, BI). Develop scalable AI pipelines and integrate models into enterprise systems. Evaluate AI use cases, model performance, accuracy, and business impact. Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to identify AI opportunities. Implement responsible AI, governance, security, and monitoring practices. Optimize AI solutions for scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency. Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry trends. Works closely with: Business stakeholders Data & analytics teams Enterprise architecture Digital transformation teams IT & security What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience. Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and teamwork abilities. Agent frameworks (LangGraph / LangChain) and tool/function-calling. Async API development (FastAPI), Pydantic-style validation, modern Python tooling (uv). Infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI/CD-based deployment. Machine Learning & Deep Learning Python, SQL, APIs. LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG architecture. Cloud platforms (Azure)Problem-solving & stakeholder communication. Microsoft Teams bot / conversational-AI development (Bot Framework / Teams AI SDK (nice to have)MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-server architectures for multi-agent systems (nice to have).
