The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, along with basic knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence tools to help improve efficiency and reduce workload.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily accounting operations (entries, reconciliations, reports).Prepare and maintain financial records accurately.Support accounts payable and receivable processes.Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.Help in organizing and documenting financial data.Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Excel automation, or similar) to improve reporting efficiency.Automate repetitive accounting tasksSupport data analysis and insights.Collaborate with the finance team to reduce workload and improve productivity.Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.0-2 years of experience in accounting (fresh graduates are welcome).Basic understanding of accounting principles.Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.Basic knowledge or strong interest in AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, or similar).Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.Strong attention to detail.Good communication skills.Preferred (Nice to have)Experience using AI in work tasks (even personal use).Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Odoo, etc.).Basic knowledge of automation (Excel formulas, scripts, etc.).
