Internal Audit Supervisor📍 Location: Hurghada, Egypt (Travel across Group locations required)About the RoleHwaidak Investment Group is seeking two experienced and highly motivated Internal Audit Supervisors to join our growing Internal Audit function. The successful candidates will play a key role in strengthening governance, risk management, internal controls, compliance, and operational effectiveness across the Group's diverse portfolio, including hospitality, tourism, healthcare, marine, real estate, and investment operations.This position requires a hands-on audit professional with strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to lead audit assignments while partnering effectively with management and operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and supervise internal audit assignments across Group entities.Assess compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations, and internal control frameworks.Lead inventory counts, stock audits, variance analysis, and operational reviews.Review audit workpapers and reports to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with Internal Audit standards.Develop audit programs, risk registers, and risk control matrices.Conduct assurance, compliance, operational, financial, fraud investigation, and special audit assignments.Monitor implementation of agreed corrective actions and management responses.Prepare audit findings and present recommendations to management.Support the continuous improvement of audit methodologies, controls, and governance practices.Contribute to KPI monitoring and Internal Audit performance reporting.Mandatory RequirementsTo be considered, candidates must meet all of the following criteria:✅ Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or an equivalent internationally recognized audit certification.✅ 7–10 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk, or Assurance functions.✅ Previous experience with one of the Big Four audit firms (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG).✅ Previous experience within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, hospitality groups, or related sectors).✅ Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.Preferred Qualifications & CompetenciesBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk management, governance, and internal controls.Experience managing and supervising audit engagements.Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to work flexible hours when required by operational needs.Willingness to travel across Group operations and project locations.Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior management.Why Join Us?You will have the opportunity to work across a diversified investment group, contribute to governance and transformation initiatives, and play a key role in enhancing operational excellence and risk management across the organization.📩 To Apply:Please submit your updated CV to Recruitment@hwaidakinvestments.comImportant: Applications that do not meet all mandatory requirements listed above will not be progressed to the interview stage.#InternalAudit #CIA #Big4 #HospitalityJobs #AuditJobs #RiskManagement #Governance #Hurghada #EgyptJobs #InternalAuditor #HiringNow #HospitalityCareers #HwaidakInvestmentGroup
