If you are eager to build your career in cost control and construction management, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn, this opportunity is for you.What You'll Achieve:Cost Management and MonitoringAssist in preparing project budgets and tracking costs to ensure alignment with financial targetsSupport the monitoring of project expenditures to maintain cost efficiencyHelp in preparing regular cost reports for internal stakeholdersProject Coordination and Financial AnalysisCoordinate with project teams, procurement, and subcontractors to collect accurate cost dataAssist in analyzing cost variations and identifying potential deviationsSupport financial forecasting activities under the guidance of senior team membersRisk Awareness and Cost ControlIdentify potential cost risks and escalate them to senior engineersAssist in implementing cost control measures to support project profitabilityEnsure compliance with ACC’s financial policies and proceduresStakeholder Communication and DocumentationMaintain accurate cost control records and documentationSupport communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on cost-related mattersEnsure all documentation is properly maintained in line with ACC standardsWhat You’ll Bring to ACC:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)Basic understanding of cost control, budgeting, and construction processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of cost control tools is a plus.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.Why ACC?At ACC, we foster a culture where collaboration and innovation drive success, and professional growth is a key priority.
