Educational BackgroundBachelor’s Degree in ArchitectureRegistration with the National Syndicate of Engineers (if applicable).2. Technical Software SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD: (Essential) for reviewing and editing 2D shop drawings.3D Modeling Tools: Basic knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.Microsoft Office: Especially Excel for material quantities and tracking.3. Site & Technical KnowledgeConstruction Basics: Understanding the sequence of finishing works (from masonry to final paint).Material Awareness: Familiarity with finishing materials (marble, ceramic, gypsum board, paints, and wood).Shop Drawings: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction details.4.
