The Junior Marketing Account Manager will support senior account managers in handling day-to-day client communication, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Responsibilities include assisting in briefing creative and digital teams, tracking project milestones, preparing status reports, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role will also involve supporting lead generation and basic sales activities, such as preparing proposals, gathering client requirements, and contributing to presentations. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their marketing objectives, help translate them into actionable plans, and ensure a consistently positive client experience.Qualifications Strong account management and client relationship skills, with the ability to understand client needs and support delivery of marketing solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.Foundational sales and lead generation skills, with an interest in identifying opportunities and supporting proposal development.Solid project management capabilities, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple projects, and readiness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and basic use of productivity or CRM tools is a plus.Prior internship or junior-level experience in marketing, advertising, or account management is advantageous but not mandatory.
