Talent 360 is looking for a Junior Operations Officer to join our property operations team managing a portfolio of serviced apartments and short-term rental units in Cairo. This role focuses on ensuring full operational readiness of all units through hands-on coordination of cleaning, turnovers, inventory control, and on-ground execution. The Junior Operations Officer will be responsible for maintaining unit quality standards, ensuring every apartment is guest-ready at all times, and coordinating daily operational activities across multiple locations. The role requires strong ownership of assigned units and active involvement in day-to-day field operations. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of assigned units including condition, readiness, and daily operational performance Coordinate and supervise cleaning activities to ensure quality and consistency Conduct post-cleaning inspections and ensure all units meet guest-ready standards before check-in Manage turnovers between guests, including tight schedules and same-day transitions Monitor and track unit inventory including furniture, appliances, linens, and consumables Identify missing items, damages, or maintenance issues and report/escalate accordingly Manage petty cash for operational needs including minor purchases and emergency supplies with full documentation Ensure controlled access to units by cleaners, maintenance teams, and external vendors Support coordination with maintenance and housekeeping teams for issue resolution Ensure accurate reporting of unit status, readiness, and operational issues Hands-on experience in end-to-end serviced apartment and short-term rental operations Full ownership of assigned units and direct operational responsibility Field-based operational role with real decision-making responsibility Opportunity to grow within property operations and hospitality management functions Full-time on-site role based in Downtown Cairo 1–3 years of experience in operations, serviced apartments, Airbnb operations, property management, or housekeeping supervision Strong sense of ownership and accountability for operational outcomes Ability to manage multiple units across different locations in a field-based environment Experience in cleaning coordination, inspections, inventory tracking, and turnover operations Strong attention to detail and ability to detect and resolve issues quickly Good communication and reporting skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment Driving license or access to a car is a strong advantage due to movement between units
