The Junior Partnerships Officer supports Digizag’s publisher partnerships by ensuring smooth coordination and communication within the team. This role exists to help deliver well-organized campaigns that strengthen partner relationships and contribute to the company’s overall growth in the Performance Marketing space.ResponsibilitiesPublisher Coordination Support● Assist in communicating campaign briefs, deadlines, and technical requirements to assigned publishers, affiliates, and influencers. ● Maintain accurate and organized records of publisher/affiliate/influencer status, updates, and deliverables across all campaigns. ● Support the onboarding of new publishers, affiliates, and influencers by helping them understand DigiZag’s processes and standards. ● Follow up on pending deliverables and escalate delays when needed to ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are met.Relationship Oversight● Communicate with affiliates/ influencers on a day-to-day basis to manage deliverables, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth campaign execution. ●Build rapport with publishers to encourage long‑term partnerships and future campaign participation. ● Gather feedback from publishers, affiliates, and influencers and share internally to support relationship improvement and campaign quality.Campaign Monitoring● Assist in tracking publisher, affiliate, and influencer activity during campaigns to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and agreed standards. ● Identify and report irregularities or gaps to the partnerships team for resolution. ● Support quality assurance by reviewing creatives, links, and placements across partner channels.Performance Review & Reporting● Assist in collecting and organizing data from publisher, affiliate, and influencer accounts to support campaign performance evaluation. ● Support the preparation of internal summary reports on partner contributions, highlighting key metrics and trends. ● Contribute to performance tracking and basic analysis to support future optimizations.Internal Collaboration● Coordinate with internal teams to support alignment of partner activities with overall campaign goals. ● Participate in regular team meetings and share updates on partner status, challenges, and progress. ● Support brainstorming sessions to enhance publisher, affiliate, and influencer engagement and campaign performance.Market & Industry Awareness● Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends related to publisher, affiliate, and influencer partnerships. ● Keep up to date with performance marketing tools, platforms, and best practices relevant to partner management.Process Improvement Support● Identify and suggest opportunities to improve communication and tracking processes. ● Provide input on tools and workflows used for managing publishers, affiliates, and influencers to support operational efficiency.Other Duties● Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support DigiZag’s partnerships objectives and campaign success.QualificationsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 0–2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, account coordination, or a related role (internship experience acceptable). Background: Exposure to digital campaigns, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or publisher networks is preferred but not required. Language: Proficiency in English (Written & Spoken).
