We are committed to delivering innovative lighting solutions and fostering strong, trustworthy relationships with our clients.Role DescriptionTasks, duties, and responsibilities · Product prescription ,work in line with the marketing team for consultant site visits , for learning and educating · Provide assist , and coordination between the marketing team , technical office , and sales department · Follow up the submittals , papers , documents with the technical office till getting the final revised submittal approved by the consultant · Taking all the market data , and market notes by the consultants , and provide them to the products prescription team · Collect the prequalification file necessary for new project , new consultant , and new evaluation · Prepare all the technical data sheets , products catalogues required for certain project· Discuss the prequalification section to the consultant , and highlighting EG competitive Edge· Update prequalification file per quarter based on company update , and new products entry· All the projects awarded should be inserted including the consultant brand , and contactors data · Collect all the consultant data , and update them in Market intelligence tools · Coordinate between marketing , and stock team for samples preparation · Collect minutes of meeting of the consultant visit , and providing them to the company ownerQualifications: · Fresh graduate, or 1 year experience · Marketing or business administration degree · Good English in both writing, and spiking · Facility to introduce the company , and the products · High communication skills · Work through different organization departments · Ability for products prescription· Meeting driven skills · Capability to understating the consultants requirements · Documentation control , and arrangement · Work inline with the team to achieve the company objective
