The role involves engaging with potential clients, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their goals. Responsibilities include building relationships, managing customer inquiries, assisting with sales strategies, executing training programs, and supporting team initiatives to drive growth and achieve sales targets. QualificationsStrong verbal and written Communication skillsProficiency in Customer Service with the ability to nurture client relationshipsSales expertise, including lead generation and closing dealsExperience or interest in Training and Sales ManagementGoal-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilitiesAdaptability and willingness to work in a team-oriented environmentPrior experience in the financial or brokerage industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
