The Sales Fresh team member will support the sales cycle by engaging potential clients, explaining the firm’s brokerage services, and assisting in onboarding new accounts. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling and attending client meetings, and maintaining accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. The role also involves collaborating with senior sales professionals, following up on leads, and providing high-quality customer service to build trust and long-term relationships. The Sales Fresh team member will participate in regular training sessions to develop product knowledge, sales techniques, and a deep understanding of the financial solutions Bold Routes offers.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, address inquiries, and build lasting relationships.Foundational Sales skills and an interest in developing Sales Management capabilities over time.Willingness to participate in Training programs and apply feedback to continuously improve performance.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.High level of motivation, integrity, and eagerness to learn about financial products and brokerage services.Basic proficiency with office software and CRM tools; previous internship or entry-level experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
