In this role, you will partner with distributors, veterinary chains, veterinarians, farms, and strategic customers to expand market share, strengthen product positioning, and execute commercial plans aligned with business objectives.Your Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic account plans, joint business plans, and sales forecasts to grow the Large Animal and Pet Health portfolio across key accounts, distributors, veterinary groups, and farm customers in the region.Provide technical support, scientific product presentations, and product training to veterinary clinics, distributors, sales teams, and end users; support product launches, field trials, and regional marketing campaigns.Negotiate commercial agreements, support tender opportunities, and coordinate with distributors and cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, regulatory, and finance to improve product availability and market coverage.Build strong relationships with veterinarians, procurement teams, farm owners, pet health professionals, and other decision-makers to increase customer engagement and customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records, prepare market and account performance reports, and monitor competitor activity and customer needs while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine.A minimum of 5 years of experience in Animal Health, veterinary pharmaceuticals, or Pet Health, including key account management and regional business development responsibility.Experience supporting both Large Animal and Companion Animal segments.Strong technical and scientific knowledge of animal health products, with commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with fluent English communication skills.What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):Master of Business Administration (MBA) or another commercial qualification.Experience working across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Gulf countries.Experience managing distributor partnerships, strategic customers, or tender opportunities in regional animal health markets.Experience delivering technical or scientific training to veterinary customers, distributors, or sales teams.Arabic language skills.Additional Information:Travel: Frequent regional travel across Gulf countries, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.Location: Egypt, with regional responsibility across Saudi Arabia and Gulf countries.Don't meet every single requirement?
