We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our team within the Rheumatology and Immunology therapeutic areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.Key responsibilities include:Developing and executing business plans and account strategiesManaging and growing key accounts within the assigned territoryAnalyzing account performance and identifying growth opportunitiesBuilding strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholdersAchieving sales targets and ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionCollaborating effectively with internal teams to support business objectives Bachelor’s degree in a medical field (Pharmacy or Medicine is Must)3–7 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry in EgyptMinimum 2 years of experience in a multinational pharmaceutical companyExperience in specialty medicine or rare diseases is requiredPrior experience in Rheumatology and/or Immunology is highly preferredStrong skills in Key Account Management and customer relationship buildingExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and business planning capabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
