Job Summary:Implement performance evaluation standards and frameworks for branches network / central divisions in accordance with the bank’s approved policies and procedures.Job Responsibilities:Review and analyze performance evaluation data.Prepare periodic performance reports and analysis.Coordinate with concerned parties.Support performance evaluation and reporting processes.Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.Practical experience 2+ years in banking, accounting, financial analysis, or performance evaluation.
