When supply is tight or a customer is at risk, you are the person who spots it early and fixes it.If you like owning numbers, moving fast, and seeing the direct impact of your work on real customers, this is built for you.What you’ll own (your outcomes)Fulfillment — drive fulfillment rate up by closing supply-demand gaps before they cost us a bookingUtilization & efficiency — keep professional utilization healthy and reduce unfulfillment week over weekCustomer experience — resolve customer issues with empathy and speed so satisfaction scores keep risingData you can trust — own clean, accurate reporting on utilization, unfulfillment, and quality so the team decides on facts, not guessesProactive operations — run outbound calls to quality-grading standards and contribute to projects that make the operation faster and betterYour first 90 daysWeeks 1–2: learn our tools, CRM, and fulfillment metrics; shadow the team and own your first daily reportsWeeks 2–8: take full ownership of your fulfillment and utilization targets; start spotting and closing gaps independentlyWeeks 9–12: lead a small efficiency improvement, and become a reliable go-to for customer escalations in your areaWhat you must bring1–3 years in operations or customer support, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environmentFluent Arabic and solid working English — you’ll speak with customers dailyGenuine analytical rigor: comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets, reading metrics, and acting on what the numbers tell youNice to haveExperience in the service industry or an on-demand/marketplace businessFamiliarity with CRM systems and operational toolingThe honest partThis is a remote role on a 6-day shift pattern, because our customers are served seven days a week and supply needs real-time attention.
