Company DescriptionSwissotel Resort El QusierJob DescriptionWe're looking for an organized and collaborative L&D Coordinator to join our team in El Qusier, Egypt. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, coordinating, and delivering learning and development initiatives that support employee growth and organizational success. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning within our organization.Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of training programs and workshops for employees at all levelsSupport the development of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital contentOrganize logistics for training events, including venue arrangements, equipment setup, and participant communicationsConduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutionsTrack training attendance, completion rates, and participant feedback to measure program effectivenessCollaborate with department managers to understand their team's development needs and customize training solutionsMaintain organized records of all training activities, certifications, and employee development plansAssist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the organizationSupport the evaluation and selection of external training vendors and learning resourcesCommunicate training opportunities and program updates to employees through various channelsQualifications**Required Qualifications:**Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field1-3 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or human resourcesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systemsDetail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and qualityAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentTime management skills and ability to meet deadlines
