Manage and oversee end-to-end Last Mile Delivery operations from distribution hubs to customers.Lead delivery teams and monitor performance to ensure achieving operational KPIs.Develop and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.Monitor delivery performance, productivity, and service quality metrics.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports to support decision-making.Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance customer experience. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing delivery operations at a managerial level.Proven experience in managing and leading operational teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Proficiency in English and MS Office applications.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Recruit and appoint delivery couriers (drivers/pilots), ensuring proper selection and onboarding to meet operational standards.
