Participants will work alongside experienced professionals on landmark projects while gaining a comprehensive understanding of Orascom Construction's operations and business.The program is designed to prepare engineers for future technical and leadership roles through real project experience and continuous development.Key Responsibilities Participate in structured rotations across engineering and business functions. Contribute to live construction projects under the guidance of experienced mentors. Support project planning, execution, coordination, and reporting activities. Apply engineering knowledge to solve technical and operational challenges. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across different business functions. Participate in learning, coaching, mentoring, and development activities throughout the program. Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and a commitment to continuous learning. Adhere to Orascom Construction's Health, Safety, and Quality standards. Eligibility CriteriaEducation Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering Construction Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Academic Requirements Excellent academic standing (or equivalent). Strong command of English. Graduation Project with a strong academic performance is an advantage. Scholarships, academic honors, or awards are considered a plus. Experience Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience. Internship or practical engineering experience is preferred. International exposure or exchange programs are considered a plus. PMP Certificate is considered a plus.
