Job DescriptionPromotes and restores patients' health by providing all the medical requirements and dealings of the project sites.Roles & Responsibilities Identify and attends patient care requirements on site clinic Examine patient, performs comprehensive physical examination and Transfer cases that need proper qualified treatment to the hospitals. Compile and Records all cases of patient’s medical data, including health history and results of physical examination. Report to HSE manager any work injuries and send serious case report and the monthly report to the medical department. Ensure all patients are given the proper medical care in the hospitals. Supply the clinic with the required medical equipment, medications and tools. Supervise the nurses, first aid personnel and make sure that they are updated medically and well trained Approve all the sick leaves cases before sending them to the medical department. Perform other assignments as necessary to support the function/department Ensure working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, risk assessment and environmental aspects.
