About the jobThe role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to support in business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services and generate qualified leads.Identify and establish initial contact with decision-makers, facilitating introductions and meetings for the sales team.Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM system.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.Achieve and exceed KPIs related to call volume, lead quality, and conversion.Continuously research and update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or business developmentExisting industry connections are a strong advantageEnglish proficiency at B2 level (strong verbal and written communication skills).Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
