Objective:Engineer mainly involved in engineering design process for all factory production and plcmachinery including but not limited to ATP, fractionation and purification machinery andto check the completion of these the machinery required to perform the operation processin a well-steered method, participate in review, Inspect, and approve process of all materialssubmittals to be ready for installation, then continuously supervision of all installations andconstructions process developing and maintaining broad range of unities systems andcomponents.Also, the role will lead a maintenance team to manage maintenance, team budgeting,compliance, regulatory for the production machinery scope.Engineer should be expert in different engineering activities inside the factory such asmachinery maintenance & workshop operations and maintenance.Key responsibilityProjects Scope:Engineer mainly involved in engineering activities process (installation, FAT, SAT,Maintenance, Design) provided by the vendors with machinery scope.Perform with subcontractors and General Contractor to oversee systems installation.Ensure to complete installation needs and requirements as stated by site management.Manage directly and provides engineering and technical supports to all the equipment.Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the Egyptian local relevant codes and complied with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, and project technical specifications. Responsible to prepare precise "weekly" progress reports and introduce project documentation.Coordinate and follow up with supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors based on the time frame schedules.Operations & Maintenance Scope:Oversee the daily operations of workshop machines to ensure they function smoothly.Coordinate and manage teams that handle maintenance, repairs, including corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance & condition-based maintenance for production machines.Manage the budget for machinery team, including monitoring usage and seeking cost effective solutions.Negotiate contracts with machinery agents & providers, ensuring favorable terms and pricing.Manage utilities team inventory and spares to ensure sufficient stock of critical equipment spare parts.Hire, train, and manage a team of machinery supervisors, technicians and engineers.Ensure adherence to Environment, Health & Safety standards & requirements across the machinery team.Ensure compliance of machinery teams against engineering and quality standards and requirements.Academic & Professional experience requiredBachelor's degree in Mechanical Power Engineering, Mechatronics or Production Engineering.Minimum 8 years of engineering experience.Minimum 5 years of machinery engineering experience.Minimum 4 years of a leadership experience.Pharmaceutical background.CMRB certified (is a plus).Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications.Good understanding of Auto-cad software.CMMS knowledge is a plus.Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
