As a trusted partner, we provide actionable solutions and innovation through our Aerospace Technologies, Building Automation, Energy and Sustainability Solutions, and Industrial Automation business segments – powered by our Honeywell Forge software – that help make the world smarter, safer and more sustainable.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, stakeholders, and deliverables for all different project types in the portfolio (People, Infrastructure, Insourcing, DC, ISC)Develop project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.Work closely with HR & Comms leaders to effectively manage project comms;Work closely with supporting functions (IT, AME, Engineering, Sourcing, etc)Facilitate project reviews and status updates with stakeholders and senior management for OEF (People) projectsPMO Governance:Ensure data integrity in Master File & HRPStakeholder Management:Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including team members, clients, and regional business & functional leadersFoster strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and project success.Risk Management - People Projects:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust project plans accordingly.Business& Financials AcumenP&L knowledge Key Business metricsQualifications:Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Relevant Project Management experience, hands-on experience in various fields, and project typesMinimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably within a PMO environment.Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.Above average leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to new requests;Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Finance Acumen a Big PlusS4 certification nice to-haveSAP Hands-on experience is a plus
