Lead user research, usability testing, and design workshops with diverse stakeholders. Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that scale across platforms. Mentor and grow the design team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Ensure NDHP's UX meets international award standards for innovation, inclusivity, and impact.
