Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt. In this role, you will support the design, development, and delivery of training programs that enhance employee skills and foster professional growth. You will work collaboratively with various departments to identify learning needs and coordinate comprehensive training initiatives that align with organizational objectives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee development while building your expertise in the learning and development field.Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of training programs and workshops across the organizationSupport the development of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and digital contentManage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, user enrollment, and tracking participant progressAssist in conducting training needs assessments and analyzing feedback to improve program effectivenessOrganize and maintain training records, documentation, and compliance filesCommunicate with trainers, facilitators, and participants to ensure smooth program deliverySupport the onboarding process by coordinating new employee orientation and training activitiesPrepare training reports and performance metrics to measure program impact and ROICollaborate with department managers to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutionsMaintain training schedules, calendars, and resource inventoriesAssist in evaluating training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and participant feedbackSupport the development and implementation of employee development initiatives and career pathing programsQualifications2-3 years of experience in learning and development, human resources, or training coordinationProficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software platformsStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience coordinating training programs and workshopsFamiliarity with adult learning principles and instructional design conceptsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google WorkspaceStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recordsExperience with employee onboarding and orientation processesAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsTime management skills and ability to meet deadlinesPreferred: Experience with virtual training platforms and webinar toolsPreferred: Basic knowledge of graphic design or content creation toolsPreferred: Experience with training evaluation methods and assessment toolsPreferred: Familiarity with ADDIE model or other instructional design frameworks
