Learning Management (Graduate Program)

About this Position The position is part of the Global Business Solution in Cairo (GBS+ Cairo), in the HRDirect Process specifically handling the operation of Learning Management.What You´ll Do Handling the system booking for the learning records and support with financial processing for specific trainings to our Henkel employees. Coordinate with the team to follow the correspondent process for our programs and to process the necessary documentation records into our internal Learning Management tools. Establishing the right communication channels with our employees and stakeholders following our SLA. Participate with different team members in HRDirect & across GBS into specific projects. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant study. Fluent in English. 0 to 1 year of operational experience (Experience in HR Operations is preferrable). Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Interest in Information Technologies (Automation & Robotics). Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
